- Studium der Pädagogik, Psychologie oderBetriebswirtschaftslehremit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Fundierte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Motivation
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit,Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Pflichtpraktikum 6 Monate
