Youwillcollaboratedirectlywithdevelopersandotherstakeholders,supportagreatteamofin-houseco-workerswithamulti-languageteamofoutsourcerswhoputstrategyinto practice. You will be charged with the responsibility of making sure we stay close to our players, which is one of our core values.
This is a full-time (40h/week), 6-month long paid internship for graduated students.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure your team maintains a close relationship with our players.
- Coordinate, supervise, and conduct Quality Assurance for external (outsourcing) team
- Provide top-tier service to our VIP players and handle tier 2 escalations
- Monitor, report, and present relevant metrics
- Create and maintain game FAQs and internal game knowledge base.
- Reporting of aggregated player feedback
- You will be the point of contact for the game team and our players.
Aboutyou(Whowearelookingfor):
- You are passionate about games and the joy they bring to our players
- You recently graduated from a relevant field of study and/or you’re looking to kick-start your career in the industry
- Available to work for 6 months, 40h/week
- Strong organizational skills
- Willing and ready to own optimization of customer care for assigned game(s)
- Excellent attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal command of English
- Familiarity using CRM tools is helpful
As English is our office language, no German language skills are required. But we’ll help you learn if you want to!
