Department Description & Job Purpose
The intern position offers an unique opportunity for passionate individuals seeking to embark on a career in consulting or in an internal media agency. By joining the Experience Design pillar of Allianz Consulting, aspiring professionals will have the chance to work alongside seasoned consultants, gaining hands-on experience in addressing a diverse range of projects: from preparing and executing media project and productions together with our experience team at THE STAGE to gaining consulting knowledge and experience by support our department lead / partner with smaller, self-organized projects and ad hoc tasks.This opportunity is based in the city of Munich, Germany, providing an enriching environment for professional growth and development.
Key responsibilities
•Support the team on internal and/or client projects with a focus on User Experience, internal communications & project management •Work on assignments under the guidance of Practice Area partner and team members, being mindful of deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting problems, and all other relevant aspects of the assignments •Assist the internal agency THE STAGE in organizing video shoots, livestream and internal communication assets focusing on the business and organizational part•Contribute to internal initiatives within Allianz Consulting, including knowledge sharing, and team events organization
Key requirements
•Enrollment in a German University in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent), or (for an internship) in a gap year •Your excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (C1) •An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking as well as organizational talent•Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members •Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions), further experience with photo or video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, DaVinci) are a pus•Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniques •Previous experience in project management methodologies and best practices are desired•You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to6 months in full-time (38h/week)
