To support our team, we are looking for a

Intern (m/f/d) in the Engineering & Property Services Department

Your tasks:

  • Develop a product-related energy performance indicator in needle manufacturing. The goal is to develop a concrete concept on how to define a specific energy consumption in the future using measurement data. With this metric, it should be possible to determine the energy consumption per meter of needle drawn.
  • Independently work on current projects at Johnson & Johnson Medical in Norderstedt.
  • Can be implemented as a study, bachelor’s, or master’s thesis.
  • Topic-specific collaboration and exchange with other departments within the Norderstedt production site or J&J Medtech Supply Chain network.

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student in one of the following fields of study:
  • Environmental Sciences
  • Energy Management
  • Digital Engineering
  • Production Technology
  • Possibly other engineering sciences with a focus on process engineering or similar

You have successfully completed the first semesters and have been able to solidify your knowledge with practical experience through previous internships, and you are now looking for a topic for a study, bachelor’s, or even master’s thesis.

  • Strong interest in environmental protection, energy management & efficiency, and our industry
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge and application of the MS Office suite
  • Open personality with good communication skills
