Supply Chain is a key driver of Maisons’ overall performance. It must be agile to provide the best end-to-end product availability and ensure client satisfaction, anytime and anywhere.

Group Supply Chain Solutions act as an internal consulting branch, supporting Maisons in their transformation ambitions. Our mission: foster Supply Chain transformation to strengthen Maisons’ competitive advantage.

You will discover in Richemont a strong manufacturing ecosystem and work closely with the Maisons and the internal manufactures.

You will promote analytics & reporting tools

  • Create, improve and maintain the upstream analytics and reporting tools
  • Support Maison’s to leverage the analytics and reporting tools implemented

Contribute to ongoing projects

  • Support the preparation and animation of workshops
  • Run ad-hoc analysis to support ongoing projects and bring data-base insights to the team
  • Formalize outputs of analysis/workshop to prepare steering comittees

You will support the Upstream growth and structuring

  • Co-design and build methodological kit of our best practices
  • Build user guide for our in-house tools
  • Create communication support to promote initiatives internally

You will work with diverse teams and have the opportunity to learn about a wide variety of domains.

You will gain insights into the luxury industry from the perspective of one of the global leaders that is bridging more than two thousand years of heritage with cutting edge innovation.

Working in the close to the Swiss countryside right outside Geneva, we offer an on-site restaurant, a beautiful setting, and a spacious open-plan working environment. The offices are close to local transport with direct access to the train station.

  • Enrolled in the last year of a Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering
  • Industrial Supply Chain experience/knowledge
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Appetence for data-analytics combined with solid analytical skills
  • Solid dashboard/visualization tool skills (PowerBI)
  • SQL basics are a plus
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
  • Available for a 6-month internship with a start date 01.04.2025
