Our partnerships with Charging Point Operators (CPOs) across Europe are the backbone of our business model within the last 3 years we have grown our network across 30 markets with >800 partnerships now in place
- Learn about how the digital eco-system of EV charging works, from charge point operators via roaming platforms to the eMobility service and the EV driver.
- Evaluate hands-on issues that EV drivers have anywhere in Europe at a station, e.g. charger does not start, charger is not giving sufficient power or prices for conducted sessions are not correct.
- Help us to improve the charging experience so drivers will be able to charge anywhere without any friction.
- Take responsibility for such incidents and engage internally and our partners across Europe to find solutions.
- Ensure fast and efficient issue resolution at the interface to our partners - in close alignment with external counterparts in the technical teams of our partners and our internal teams
- Evaluate root causes of incidents, identify clusters and contribute to finding a smart solution to avoid incidents at the root cause.
- Be part of our young and highly motivated team that manages the technical interface to all our partners in Europe and Japan.
- Help documenting best practices for incident management.
- Be part of complex partner onboarding / rollout projects and secure service and feature functionality in alignment with Operations, Product Management and IT.
Your Profile:
- Currently enrolled or have Bachelor or Master degree in Computer science, Electrical Engineering or another field of study.
- Passion to learn about electric mobility
- Be available to work full time as an Intern in Munich for 9-12 months.
- Experience with SQL and API usage is mandatory. You should be able to write SQL queries and interact with REST APIs for data exchange and analysis.
- Hands-on experience in technical support or ticket handling is essential.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Python or PowerBI is a plus.
- Knowledge on EV charging user journey and charging functionality and industry protocol standards are advantageous.
- Communication skills to efficiently align with internally and with our partners
- Good presentation skills and ability to explain complex issues to different stakeholders.
- Comfortable working within a high-paced, impact-driven environment and getting hands-on to get projects to move forward.
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
