The Position

IMP Quality Operations Switzerland is responsible for delivering Investigational Medicinal Products ("IMPs”) to our patients in compliance with cGMP. We are the Quality Partner for all Manufacturing Units and Clinical Packaging in Pharmaceutical Technical Development in Switzerland and responsible for the Quality and Compliance oversight of all. What we expect from you:
Drive and collaborate on various projects
Facilitation and organization of meetings including daily rhythm and schedule
Analyse data for trends and opportunities and collaborate with leadership team to identify need for action and to drive improvements
Develop relevant topics by sensing the needs and the blind spots of the organization
Joy in a human-centered and self-managed way of working based on NewWork, with a key focus to support the ongoing cultural and organizational change towards collaboration, agility and innovation mindset
Who you are:
Degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Law, Organization & Management, International Management or similar.
Ability to organize, lead and execute on a variety of assignments and action plans
Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and with a variety of stakeholders
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
Entrepreneurship mindset and anticipating the step after the next step
Enabler of resilience and flexibility in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Very good oral and written communication skills in both German and English
Due to regulations, non-EU/non-EFTA citizens need to provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory and stating its length, as well as a certificate of enrolment.

This position is based in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland
